Growing up, Andrew participated in various sports and activities including swimming, soccer, biking, skateboarding, and running. He’s exercised his whole life, but found his passion to become a personal trainer when the COVID lockdowns began. Andrew trains not only because he loves the act of training, but also because he wants to optimize his physical health, mental health, and longevity. His current goals are to get stronger in the squat and deadlift. His two favorite phrases are: “Get comfortable with being uncomfortable” and “Discipline equals freedom”. Both phrases emanated from Navy Seals and they’re saying if you want to live a fulfilled life you must get out of your comfort zone and do things you might not necessarily want to do.
